[Job - 21458] Senior Data Architect, US

Artificial Intelligence is our reality.As a Senior Data Architect, you are the leader who turns ideas into great data systems using the latest technology. Your goal is to improve how reliable our data systems are and to help make everyone's work go more smoothly. You will be the guide for the newer team members, teaching them to grow in their roles. You will work with different teams to make sure our data setup works well for everyone, explaining complicated data concepts in simple terms. It's important that you are skilled in using our technology tools and programming languages. You should also be good at guiding the team through updates and changes. In short, you're the key person who will take our data capabilities to the next level and keep our team learning and thinking in new ways.Responsibilities:Define and communicate the long-term data architecture vision, aligned with the business strategy.Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies, frameworks, and standards for implementing the data architecture.Establish and promote best practices for data management and governance.Collaborate with leadership teams and stakeholders to ensure the data architecture meets business needs.Identify and anticipate complex technical challenges, proposing innovative and effective solutions.Provide advanced technical guidance and support to the data development and architecture teams.Ensure compliance with data security regulations and standards.Promote a culture of innovation and technical excellence in the data area.Mentor and empower other team members by sharing knowledge and experience.Actively participate in defining and executing the organization's data strategy.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and technology partners.Represent the data architecture in internal and external technical and strategic forums.Proven track record of implementing Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions.Requirements for this challenge:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related role.Proven experience working with modern data architecture and engineering stacks in cloud environments.Extensive experience with the Snowflake platform is essential.Expertise in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes.Advanced knowledge of dimensional data modeling.Nice to Have:Snowflake certification is a plus.Familiarity with Data Quality practices and tools.Knowledge of Data Governance solutions#LI-JP3#MidSeniorWhy join us?• Competitive Salary• Generous paid vacation days• Unlimited sick time• 100% paid health & dental benefits starting day one• Annual profit-sharing distribution• Retirement match• Paid parental leave• Dedicated career advisor• And so much more…Collaboration is our superpower, diversity unites us, and excellence is our standard.We value diverse identities and life experiences, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and safe work environment.
